Hester L. Mitchell Obituary

She was predeceased by : her parents, Forrest Mitchell and Ruth Stout Mitchell; her grandparents, Ralph and Sally Stout; her brother Ralph; her sister-in-law Josette Mitchell; and her niece Sally Gibson.
She is survived by : her nephews, Joseph Mitchell (Sara) and Dr. Thomas Gibson of Muncie; her niece Jenny Mitchell Cross; her friend Kathy Hill; her cousins, Sara Kerr Long and Brenda Kerr Minno; her close friends, Marge Murray, Beth Hale, Mary Jane Eiler, Sandy Abbott and Riverside; and also, Ryan Gibson (Rajpal), Ivan of Los Angeles, F. Mitchell Gibson (Jenny), Lincoln of Muncie, Kathleen Gibson of Saltillo, Kathryn Mitchell Richter (John), Harrison, Heidi, Hawkins of Ft. Wayne, Allison Mitchell (Nicholas Schelke), Wilde of Wheat Ridge, Emily Cross of Cincinnati, Kristen Agler (Shaun) and Maddox of Cherry Valley, Illinois.
Though unable to leave her house often in the last year, due to the COVID outbreak, Hester loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them in her home, which was a gathering place for all.
