It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Riggleman (Muncie, Indiana), born in Barton, Maryland, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Calvin and Donna Riggleman (Brooks); his wife Patsy Jean Cross (Pat); his son James Bolding (Jamie); his sister Carolyn Flynn; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Needham, Mary Jo Brown (Jodie), Henry Eugene Cross, David Cross and Larry Brown.

He is survived by : his children, Scott A. Riggleman of Kodak, Tennessee and Kelli Hilfiker (Scott) of Winchester, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Jay Farrel Needham of Daleville, Indiana and Linda Stahl (Duane) of Muncie; his grandchildren, Courtney Riggleman of Johnson City, James Riggleman of Shanghai, Kailyn Burelison of Winchester, Brooks Burelison of Winchester and Lindsey Bolding (Craig) of Muncie; his stepgrandchildren, Samantha Menchhofer, Caitlin Fortkamp and Erin Timmerman; his great grandchild Sophia of Johnson City, Tennessee; and his close friend Rebecca Covington (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Per Governor Holcomb, effective Monday, November 22, 2020, Garden View Funeral Home and Gardens of Memory Cemetery are limited to a maximum of 25 people wearing masks inside or outside.
