He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Barnes and Jenny Barnes (Rosbottom); his wife Patricia Lee Barnes (Wright); his stepsister Lois Michael; and his brother John J Barnes (Patricia).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Barnes (Andrea Platt), Joellen Kirkman (Eric), June Anne Yazel (Mike) and Judy Gregory (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Sarah Norton (Jedidiah), Hannah Kirkman, Ethan Yazel (Paisley) and Isabelle Eiser (Cole).
