He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Hoolehan and Eileen W. Hoolehan (Walker). He is survived by: his children, Anthony A. Hoolehan, Megan Marry Hoolehan and Sara Christine Hoolehan; and his sister Bridget Hoolehan. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
