She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Henry Ciszewski; her child Beverly Vilos (Spiro); her grandchildren, Cindi Mack, Tony Gembala, Jamie Vilos-Garrido (Jorge), Aggelos (Molly McFarland) and Christopher Vilos; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Curran, Scarlett and Savannah Gembala.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Adeline's name to Humane Indiana or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
