She was predeceased by: her husband Herman; her son Adam; her granddaughter Julia; her parents, Joseph Dominik and Anna Dominik; her siblings, Sophie Hapak (Joseph), Joseph Dominik (Mary), Marie Hruskocy (Joseph) and Chester Dominik; and her brother-in-law Matthew Matz.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Radde (Jenny), Ann Radde and Lynn Lane (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kate Radde and Eric Lane; her siblings, Irene Matz, Reverend Stanley Dominik and John Dominik (Pearl); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Dominik. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
