She was predeceased by: her husband Milford N. "Bud" Hedberg Jr.; and her parents, John Andersen and Ingrid Andersen. She is survived by: her children, Candice Boer (Michael), Karen Weiss (Charles) and James Hedberg; her grandchildren, Stephanie Edwards (Curt), Kirsten Utley (Brandon), Rachel Phipps (Kevin) and Lindsay Sherman (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Declan Edwards, Annalise Edwards, Gianna Phipps and Cole Phipps; and her sisters, Marian Hess (late Richard), Betty Palm (late Richard) and Martha Christensen (Carl).
Memorial contributions may be given to Every Child Ministries or Moody Bible Institute .
