He is survived by: his parents, Richard Jurgens and Dawn Twardak-Jurgens, Jr.; his sister Tajaia Danielle Twardak-Jurgens; his grandfather Richard Jurgens, Sr.; and his uncles, Diane Nelson (Don), Holly Twardak, Kathleen Otto (Ron), Karen Creighton (Tim), Mike Foster (Michelle), William O'Toole-Foster (Patrice) and Maureen Foster-Hardigan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
