He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis A. Bartlett; his son Gerald Bartlett; and his siblings, Norman Bartlett and Betty Haskins. He is survived by: his children, David Bartlett (Michele) and Terri Mathur (Ike); and his siblings, Doris Midkiff and Cliff Bartlett (Mary Lou). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
