He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his son Timothy Govert (Bonnie) of Indiana; and his stepsons, Douglas Switlick of Phoenix and Daniel Switlick (Marilda) of Loomis. He was also cherished by three brothers and three sisters.

Any donations may be given to the Parkinson Foundation.
