He is survived by: his wife Sharon Adams; his children, Jessica Ramos, Angie Adams (Louie), Tina Lively (Don), David Adams, Jr. (Sophia) and Ron Lively (Michelle); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brianne, Cheyenne, Tim, Sharon, Kiersten, Richard, Andy, Erik, Logan, David and Zoey; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella, Bentley and Landon; his brother Jim Adams; and his friends, Ellis Virostko and Ray Westerland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
