Blair Jr. (Joyce Jones) and Crystal F. Blair (David Cervantes); and his sisters, Jessie Lacey (James) and Judy Collins (Patrick). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
