He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Lisa Maggio (Frank), Ann Bernacke and Frank Bernacke Jr.; his grandchildren, Richard, Megan, Justin and Sara; his great grandchild Luca Anthony; and his sister Barbara Skinner.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the St. Joseph Soup Kitchen in his memory would be appreciated.
