He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther and Ruby; and his sister Alice. He is survived by: his brother Charles of Terre Haute; and his children, Eric, Evan (Liz), Taylor, Andrew, Berlyn, Adam, Lexi, Christopher and Janna (Sky Allen).
