He was predeceased by: his father Joseph G. Dudzik. He is survived by: his mother Rose (Diane); his children, Brian Dudzik (Jennifer), Natalie Majtas (Michael) and Ashley Lee (Matthew); and his grandsons, Luke Majtas and Joseph A. Dudzik.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church soup kitchen in Hammond.
