She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex R. Tomal and Helen C. Tomal; and her brothers, Philip Tomal (Kathy) and Kenneth Tomal. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Speakman; her children, Ashly Speakman and Nikko; Joe (Lynn), Joyce Imrie (Dennis), John (Deborah), Paul, Judy, Janet, Joan Barnes and Janine Simonetti. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Geraldine's name to the American Diabetes Association or American Lung Association.
