She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank and Rose Frank (Floccari); and her former husband John "Jack" DeBarge. She is survived by: her children, TJ DeBarge, Art DeBarge (Leslie Musgrave), Mary Ann (DeBarge) and Rose DeBarge; her grandchildren, Steven, Linda, Misty, David and Eric; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Alexander and Robert; and her siblings, Rose Frank and Will Frank. She is also survived by three sister-in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews.
