With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Grunewald (Munster, Indiana), who passed away on December 4, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Joan M. Thomas; his great grandchild Emri Thomas; and his sister Betty Kolodziej. He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Laura), John (Sharon), Jeff (Janet) and Jay (Catherine); his son-in-law Don Thomas; his grandchildren, Chris Thomas (Annie), Dave Thomas (Cassie), Susan Jernberg (Jason), Holly Jones (Zack), Adam Grunewald (Kendra), Hilary Englebrecht (Jason), Ryan, Kyle, Nick Grunewald, Tyler, Emily Zack Grunewald, Jason Grunewald (Lindsey), Daniel Grunewald, Terry Grunewald (Hannah) and Lauren (Drew); and his sibling's children, Karen Raab, Diane Hess and Kent Kolodziej. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
