She was predeceased by: her parents, John Klapak and Eleanor Klapak; and her brother John "Jack" Klapak, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Brian (Jerri), Michael (Jennifer), Jeffery (Jennifer) and Cortney (Mike Nackers); her grandchildren, Mary, Joseph, Jack, Ella, Violet, Frances, Alexa and Ava Lowry; and her siblings, Paul "Otis" Klapak (Dorothy) and Donna Melyon (Greg). She is also survived by aunts, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
