She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Chubrich. She is survived by: her husband George Szkapiak; her children, Sadie, Annie and Emmie; her mother Sophie Chubrich; her siblings, Lynn Jones (Jack) and Gail Tucker; her parents-in-law, Kazimierz and Janina Szkapiak; and her siblings-in-law, Beata May (Joseph) and Joanne Baginski. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, many cousins.
Due to COVID-19 Mandated Guidelines, Face Masks and Social Distancing are required at Funeral Home and Church Service.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Jill's name would be greatly appreciated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or to St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, Lansing, IL are preferred.
