He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cook and Mildred Cook; and his brother Henry Cook (Carol). He is survived by: his sister Fae Wewe; his aunt Jane Caruso; and his sibling's children, Jeanette McVicker, Karen Candiano (Tim), William Cook (Becky), Robert Cook (Ronda) and Henry Cook (Chris).
