She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Bowers; and her parents, Betty Stewart and Robert Bowers. She is survived by: her husband William Munoz; her children, Jessica Kelley (Shawn), LeAnne Munoz (Dan Cummins) and Brian Munoz (Tiffany Bacon); her stepdaughter Michele Lathrop (Wayne); her granddaughter Kaitlyn Kelley; her siblings, Linda Rositas (Dingo), Vikki Oosterhoff (Doug), Alan Bowers, Terry Bowers and Mike Bowers; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Bowers, Pat Bowers, Emma Munoz and Mary Munoz-Fleehart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joyce's honor to a charity of their choice.
