He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Zemkewicz and Martha Zemkewicz; and his siblings, Linda Sutliffe, Thomas and James Zemkewicz.

He is survived by: his wife Marge; his sons, Jim and John Zemkewicz (Haley); his cousin Cathy Piwowar; his sisters-in-law, Sheryl Bolin and Donna Cox (Bob); and his nephew Jim Sutliffe (Roberta).

In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in his memory would be appreciated.
