He was predeceased by: his sons, Esteban Urra and Louis Urra. He is survived by: his daughter Angela DeLaCruz (Victor); his grandchildren, Joshua DeLaCruz, Myra Urra, Junior Urra (Rosi), Priscilla Gonzalez (Marco), Angel DeLaCruz (Vanessa), Angela DeLaCruz, Daniel Urra (Leidy) and Vivian Urra (Michael Benitez); and his stepgrandchildren, Marisol DeLaCruz and Victor Jr. DeLaCruz. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

Due to the concerns of COVID-19, face masks will be required for all those attending the services.
