He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Blazevich and Ann Blazevich (Tarka); his brother John Blazevich; and his brother-in-law Emil Knezevich. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Frances Oakley of Lakeland; his children, Diane Blazevich (Terry) of Mulberry, FL, Thomas Blazevich (Sharon) of Las Vegas, NV, Donald Blazevich of Fort Richardson, TX, Robert Blazevich (Patti) of Madison, WI and Steven Blazevich (Amanda) of Riverview, FL; his grandchildren, Jennifer, William, Lauren, Vanessa and Paul; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Hunter, Dylan, Claire, Miloh and Benjamin; and his sister Barbara Knezevich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
