He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Micenko of Hammond, IN and Jennie Burke of Forsyth, MO; and his sisters, Pattie Will of Forsyth, MO and Sandy Grzybowski of Henerdson, NV.. He is survived by: his wife Monette Micenko; and his son Michael Micenko of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces & cousins.
