He is survived by: his spouse Belen; his children, Anthony Ruiz, Albert Ruiz (Betsy), Henry Ruiz (Vesna), Judith Vega (Alvaro) and Joseph Ruiz (Karolina); and his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Funicello (Vincent), Michael Ruiz (Dena), Alfred Ruiz, Alex Ruiz (Kimberly), Robert Ruiz (Diana), Branden Ruiz (Tara), Stephanie Loukas (Nicholas), Krste Ruiz, Logan Ruiz (Alexandria), Jillian Vega, Joshua Vega, Zachary Vega, Matthew Ruiz (Lindsey), Brittany Charoenlap (Chad), Kamila Ruiz, Karina Ruiz and Karlos Ruiz. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
