She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mackin and Anna Mackin; her husband Forrest G. Hiple; her son Mark Hiple; and her brother Robert Mackin.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Hiple (Sylvia) and Leslie Krawczyk (Bruce); her grandchildren, Sarah Cardinali (Alex), Anna Hochgesang (Zach), Katie and Matt Krawczyk; her great grandchildren, Allie and Leah Hochgesang; her daughter-in-law Janet Hiple; and her siblings, James Mackin and Marilyn Toepp.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Rosemary's name to Hospice of the Calumet Area.
