He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Florence; and his brothers, Michael and Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Katie Hackman (Aaron) and Brandon Sweeney; and his siblings, Mary Rogge and Tom Sweeney (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tim's memory to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
