She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Chorak; her parents, Eli Kookich and Rose Kookich; and her siblings, Peter Kookich (Lois), Mary Brozowich (John), Diane Craokrak (George), John (Mary), Nick (Susan), Michael, Mildred and Robert Kookich.

She is survived by: her children, Millie Gabrys and Nicholas Chorak (late Janne); her grandchildren, Jill, Nicholas Chorak (Cassie), Laura and Rebecca Gabrys; and her great grandchildren, Greysen, Bennett, Lennox and Everly Chorak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
