He was predeceased by: his parents, William McLaughlin and Gertrude McLaughlin; and his brothers, Jim McLaughlin and Dick McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy of Calumet City, IL; his sister Mary Jane Rudolph of Boulder, CO; his children, Mark McLaughlin (Mary), Bill McLaughlin (Jan), Tim McLaughlin and Jill Sechrist (George); and his grandchildren, Meggan, Sara, Laura, Catherine, Mallory, Morgan, Collin, Connor, Halee, George and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Share Foundation in Rolling Prairie, IN, The Dunes Learning Center in Porter, IN or Hospice of the Calumet Area, in his memory would be appreciated.
