He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mihalo and Anna Mihalo (Lukac); and his siblings, Helen Witkewiz, Anna Vacendak, Mary Petrovich, John, George and Michael (Olga).
He is survived by: his children, Veronica Levine (Barry), Dr. William E. Mihalo (Deborah), Dr. Joyce Coats (Donald) and Dr. Mark Mihalo (Susan); his grandsons, Christopher Mihalo (Kristin), Daniel Coats, Joseph Coats and Matthew Mihalo; and his great grandchild Cecelia Mihalo. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
