He was predeceased by: his father Donus E. Masten. He is survived by: his siblings, David, Tom and Julie; his siblings' children, Greg Masten and Stefanie Masten; his fiancée Nancy Claire Mark; and his family Sigma Chi. He is also survived by Brothers, Wabash College, and his friends and brothers.
