It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Rahn (Nashville, Indiana), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on May 7, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Skinner and Loretta Shepherd Skinner; her spouse Donald J. Rahn; and her son Roger Rahn. She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Dear-Wolff of Nashville, IN; her brother Richard Skinner (Carol) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her daughters, Wendy Dear and Richard Skinner (Carol). She is also survived by Brother Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
