She is survived by: her husband Alex Stephens of Nashville, Indiana; her stepson Zachary King of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her siblings, Gary Kinsey of Florida and Christina Hill (Martin) of Nineveh, Indiana..

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Brown County Humane Society.
