She is survived by: her husband James H. Bailey Sr.; her son Rodney L. Waters; her nieces and nephews, Toni Lyon of Louisville, KY., Timi Denise Overton of Louisville, KY., Pete Dixon and Christopher Taylor; and her stepsons, James H. Jr. of Louisville and Robert R. Bailey of Louisville.
