She was predeceased by: her father Vernon; her husband James F. "Bob" Hansford; and her sister Joy Schulz (Mathes). She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Hansford (Lowell Dodge); her brother Jon Mathes (Betty); and her brother-in-law Steve Schulz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1846 E Oak St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
