She was predeceased by: her father Vincent Cullotta; her husband Kenneth Dwight Worrall Sr.; and her son Kevin Dewayne Worrall. She is survived by: her children, Katrina Lynn Worrall, Johnnie Eric Worrall, Fern Gayle Pacheco (Adrian), Steven Allen Worrall, Kenneth Dwight Worrall Jr. (J. Brenda Ringwald) and Kathy Ann Gutierrez; and her pet Sammy Joe Worrall. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
