He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Wise; his son Donnie Wise; and his parents, Charles Wise and Grace Wise. He is survived by: his daughters, Grace Martin (Michael), Dee Pate, Melissa Mendick (Michael) and Chris West (Michael). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Hospurus of Southern Indiana in Charles' name.
