He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Slone. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Slone and Mary Lou Slone; his siblings, John Robert Slone and Janet Streander (Thomas J. Nichols); his siblings' children, Jonathon Streander and Cassie Slone; his great-niece Taylor Streander; and his great-nephew Jackson Streander.
