We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Dora Ann (Ruddell) Hammett (New Albany, Indiana), born in Jeffersonville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Duncan and Virgie Cecelia Ashworth Ruddell; her husband Jerry Allen Hammett; and her brothers, Maxwell, Donald and Albert Ruddell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zachary Drexler, Jordan Drexler, Cullen Hammett and Lindsey Drexler; her brother Ralph J. Ruddell (Theresa); and her sister-in-law Miriam Parris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchmans Ln Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284) in Dory's memory.
