He was predeceased by: his brother Louis Baker. He is survived by: his children, Joshua E. Rissler and Erin Skeens; his siblings, Roy Berks, Bert Carver, Thelma Cook, Sylvia Cook, Shirley Glotzbach, Virginia Humphrey, Alma Butler and Jenny Lee; and his grandchildren, Andrea Howerton, Kurtis Rissler and Adam Howerton.
