He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Miller and Lida Miller (Spradlin); and his siblings, Willard Miller, Ronald Miller, David Miller, Karen Bloomer, Christina Cain and Charlene Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Tommie Miller; his children, Sueann Pigg (Billy), Garland Miller Jr. (Jody), Kimberly Alton, Lidia Miller and James Miller; his stepchildren, Lyndsay Grimes (Gerald) and Edward Britt (Carrie); and his sisters, Mary Ann Miller, Brenda Miller and Ruth Harrington. He is also survived by great grandchildren, and all of his extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
