He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Groskreutz and Helena Groskreutz; his siblings, Dorothy Osland (Ronnie) and Gerald Groskreutz; his brother-in-law Gerald Melcher; and his niece Susan Melcher.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Groskreutz; his children, Alan Groskreutz (Gema), Mark Groskreutz (Renee) and Katherine Groskreutz (Kyle); his siblings, Donald Groskreutz (Mardella), Roger Groskreutz (Jeanette) and Margaret Melcher; his sister-in-law Bonnie Groskreutz; and his grandchildren, Lara, Luke, Dani, Helena and Julia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
