He was predeceased by: his son Robert "Bobby" Rowley; his parents, Charles Rowley and Lasetta Rowley; and his siblings, Bud Rowley, Alice Dolan, Virginia Atkins, Janey Wells and Ruthie Rudolph.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Jeffrey and Gordon; his grandchildren, Randy, Bobby, Stacey, Jerrett and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Amelia and Addison.
