Jess was predeceased by: daughters, Sara Jane Weekley and Julia Ann Martin; and parents, Jesse McGuire and Catherine McGuire. Jess is survived by: wife Wanda F. McGuire (Lane); children, Steven R. Mount (Connie), David C. Mount (Sandy), Carlotta Speigelhalder (Kenny) and Theresa Vest (Cecil); and sisters, Elizabeth Voigner and Rebecca Grant. Jess is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
