He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cozart and Phyllis Crawford (Gilstrap); his grandson Terry Cozart, Jr.; his sister Vicki Cozart; and his brother-in-law Mark Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Jolena Cozart (Criswell); his children, John Jr. (Jenny), Terry Cozart (Nikki) and Kimberly Cozart (Kimmy); and his siblings, Bobbie Cecil, Barbara Bolin (Benny), Mike (Betty), Danny (Penny), Randy Cozart (Rikki) and Jamie Crawford. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
