He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Prior and Avis Prior; and his siblings, Barry Prior and Roberta Schneiders. He is survived by: his wife Teresa A. Prior; his children, Joseph Prior Jr. (Jolene), Eric Prior (Sissy), Scotty Prior (Amber), Shawn Prior (Michelle), Lisa Prior (Red) and Ashley Kelly (Jacob); and his siblings, James Prior, Daniel Trobaugh (Linda), Ronnie Trobaugh and Betty Bridwell (Barry). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
