She is survived by: her mother Cleo Voyles (Vernie) of Sellersburg; her husband Scott Humphrey of New Albany; her sons, Kyle Mayfield (Mariah) of Memphis and Eric Mayfield (Jill) of Lanesville; her stepdaughters, Sarah Humphrey (Jim) of Louisville and Amy Stevens (Tyler) of Louisville; her siblings, Denny Voyles (Debbie) of Galena, Danny Voyles (Michelle) of Ocalla, Eleene Metcalf of Galena, Beth Costin (Warner) of Columbus and Sheila Balmer of Galena; and her grandchildren, Lorna, Logan, Bruce, Diana, Braden, Caleb, Hadley and Liam.
