He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Brown and Maggie Brown; his wife Jenell Brown; and his daughter Shirley Temple Brown. He is survived by: his children, Troy Brown (Elizabeth), Leroy Brown Jr., Betty Lee Catching, Darnell Brown, Janet Louise Brown (Bryant), Gary Brown and Jerome Brown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
